GSPANN is hiring a Senior SAP Consultant with expertise in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) to lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP CALM across enterprise landscapes. The role focuses on managing application lifecycle processes and ensuring smooth integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) solutions.
- Manage application lifecycle processes including requirements, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP CALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and other cloud solutions.
- Design monitoring, alerting, and health-check setups using SAP CALM capabilities.
- Drive release and deployment management processes through CALM tools.
- Support SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy and best practices across the program.
- Optimize performance through targeted analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Develop technical Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security, and governance standards.
Skills and Experience
- Bring strong hands-on experience implementing and operating SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM).
- SAP certifications across SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BTP would be a huge advantage.
- Demonstrate good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes — requirements, test management, deployment, and monitoring.
- Apply experience across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions.
- Work with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Cloud ALM transition scenarios.
- Develop in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with familiarity across its services.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of business process monitoring and integration monitoring.
- Utilize system, job, and health monitoring in SAP CALM.
- Apply exposure to APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
- Manage migration programs from SAP Solution Manager to SAP CALM, which is an advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Work with multi-cloud or hybrid SAP environments and large-scale transformation programs, which is an advantage.
