SAP BTP Consultant

GSPANN is hiring an SAP Business Technology Platform Consultant to manage end-to-end SAP BTP administration, security, and integrations across cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on configuring SAP Cloud Connector, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and SAP Integration Suite, alongside monitoring SAP HANA Cloud and managing global account architecture.

• Manage SAP BTP global accounts, directories, and sub-accounts, including entitlements, quotas, regions, and environments across Neo and Cloud Foundry.
• Lead day-to-day operations through the SAP BTP Cockpit, covering monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Implement SAP Cloud Connector to enable secure connectivity between on-premise systems and SAP BTP.
• Drive identity and access management using Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
• Support authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Role Collections.
• Develop REST API integrations and manage secure exposure via API Management (APIM).
• Build integrations in SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and event-based flows.
• Optimize SAP Extension Suite and application extensions on SAP BTP.
• Manage SAP HANA Cloud provisioning, access control, and connectivity.
• Ensure system health, compliance, and security tracking via Alert Notification Service and Audit Logs.
• Design cloud networking and security configurations, including destinations, trust setups, and secure communication channels.
• Collaborate with functional, development, and BASIS teams to support hybrid (on-premise plus cloud) SAP landscapes.
• Lead troubleshooting of BTP-related issues and coordinate with SAP support where required.
• Drive compliance with organizational security, governance, and best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP BTP administration experience.
• Any experience with DRC tenant is desirable.
• Holding SAP BTP or cloud-related certifications would be an advantage.
• Apply expertise to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts on SAP BTP.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP BTP Cockpit and sub-account configuration.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector, IAS, IPS, and core security concepts.
• Work with OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, REST APIs, APIM, and OpenID Connect for authentication and integration.
• Develop in SAP cloud services across Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of SAP landscape architecture and hybrid integration patterns.
• Utilize monitoring tools, audit logs, and alerting mechanisms across SAP BTP.
• Manage coordination with firewall and network teams for firewall openings and secure routing.
• Apply knowledge of setting up trust connections and destinations across SAP BTP.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
