SAP SD Consultant

GSPANN is hiring an SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to provide application support and configuration across the SAP SD module. The role focuses on resolving incidents within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines, supporting key SD processes, and integrating SD with Financial Accounting (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP).

• Support day-to-day operations across SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Manage incidents and service requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Implement SD configuration changes aligned to user requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Develop solutions for master data and transactional data issues across Customer and Pricing records.
• Lead integration support across SD, Financial Accounting (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP).
• Design test plans covering unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Build functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge base content.
• Optimize custom enhancements with SAP ABAP developers and debug defects.
• Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing activities tied to SD.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of SAP SD support experience.
• Apply strong knowledge of key SD processes — Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Deliveries.
• Work with hands-on SAP SD configuration aligned to business processes.
• Develop integration solutions through Intermediate Documents (IDocs), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and third-party interfaces.
• Bring strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
