GSPANN is hiring an SAP Ariba Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and support projects. The role focuses on configuring SAP Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) modules, integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and aligning Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes across business teams.
Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and support projects.
- Implement and maintain SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, SLP, and Catalog Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Drive integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC and S/4HANA to ensure seamless data flow.
- Support unit testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage production support, resolve incidents, and deliver continuous system improvements.
- Develop detailed process documentation and deliver end-user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, and IT to align processes.
Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba implementation or support experience.
- Holding an SAP Ariba certification would be a huge advantage.
- Demonstrate strong expertise across one or more modules: SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Contracts, and SAP Ariba SLP.
- Apply solid understanding of P2P and S2C processes.
- Work with SAP Ariba integrations into SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
