GSPANN is hiring an SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Consultant to support EDI integrations across partners, carriers, and customers in SAP. The role focuses on configuring partner profiles, ports, segments, and Intermediate Documents (IDocs); troubleshooting IDoc processing errors; and collaborating with Value Added Networks (VANs) and middleware platforms like Seeburger, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, and SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations across partners, carriers, and customers, including transaction sets 850, 856, 810, 940, 945, 943, and 944.
- Implement partner profiles, ports, segments, and Intermediate Documents (IDocs) in SAP.
- Lead monitoring and troubleshooting of IDoc processing errors (WE02, WE05, BD87).
- Collaborate with Value Added Networks (VANs) and middleware teams across Seeburger, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, and SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO).
- Drive end-to-end EDI communication testing and validation with external partners.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of warehouse management operations.
- Apply proficiency in IDoc structure, custom segments, and EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Work with IDoc debugging and data-mapping analysis.
- Demonstrate strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Develop solutions in cross-functional teams across Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Logistics Execution.
- Apply SAP S/4HANA experience, which is an advantage.
- Utilize SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), which is an advantage.
- Bring exposure to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) or yard logistics, which is an advantage.
- Manage basic SAP ABAP debugging and enhancement tasks.
