GSPANN is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to drive employee learning and engagement across its teams, focusing on building a continuous-learning culture and managing mandatory compliance training programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement programs that enhance learning participation, collaboration, and organizational culture.
- Design and execute learning campaigns, knowledge-sharing sessions, innovation challenges, and learning weeks or months.
- Build employee development initiatives such as mentorship programs, coaching circles, leadership talks, and career development workshops.
- Collaborate with Human Resource (HR) Business Partners to create engagement interventions that improve employee experience and retention.
- Develop recognition programs to reward learning achievements, certifications, and continuous development efforts.
- Lead onboarding and new-hire integration programs to accelerate employee productivity and engagement.
- Implement employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building initiatives with HR teams.
- Manage employee pulse surveys and engagement assessments, analyze the insights, and recommend action plans.
- Build a culture of continuous learning through gamification, learning challenges, badges, and digital learning platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing learning and development success stories across internal communication channels.
- Manage internal events such as Town Halls, Learning Festivals, Leadership Connect sessions, Tech Talks, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Optimize engagement effectiveness by tracking participation metrics, feedback scores, learning adoption rates, and employee satisfaction indicators.
- Manage mandatory compliance training programs, including Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) sessions.
- Ensure timely rollout and completion of compliance learning initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders to maintain training compliance and awareness.
- Support compliance reporting by tracking training completion and maintaining accurate records.
- Optimize training effectiveness through engaging facilitation techniques and relevant case studies.
Skills and Experience
- A postgraduate degree; certifications in Learning and Development (L&D) are an advantage.
- Bring a proven track record of managing external training partners, niche technical vendors, or platform providers.
- Apply experience in content curation and designing blended learning journeys across internal and external digital ecosystems.
- Work with Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and learning analytics.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Information Technology (IT) sector, including technology functions, SDLC, digital technologies, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends.
- Apply strong project management and execution skills.
- Manage stakeholders and business partnerships effectively.
- Bring strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Apply knowledge of competency frameworks and capability-building strategies.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to measure learning effectiveness.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
- Bring a passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Work with LMS platforms, learning analytics tools, and digital learning solutions, which is an advantage.
- Bring experience working in a GCC, IT Services, Technology, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation environment, which is an advantage.
- Demonstrate comfort working in a multi-location GCC environment, managing learning and engagement initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
- Bring willingness to travel regularly between Gurugram and Hyderabad to execute learning, development, and engagement programs.
