We seek an experienced Engagement Manager with strong commerce delivery management expertise to lead enterprise digital commerce programs and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale commerce implementations, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and cross-functional global teams. Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Commerce transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring strong engagement and relationship management.
- Lead multiple cross-functional delivery teams including business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and support teams.
- Drive program governance including planning, risk management, budgeting, status reporting, and escalation management.
- Ensure successful execution of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with client leadership teams to define roadmap, priorities, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, project financials, resource utilization, and overall account health.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimations, and proposal creation.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security guidelines, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Mentor and guide project managers and delivery lead within the engagement.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of IT industry experience with at least 5+ years in commerce delivery management role.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale e-commerce or digital commerce solutions (preferably Salesforce B2B Commerce).
- Proven experience managing enterprise client engagements and distributed delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
- Experience in managing project financials, forecasting, and delivery operations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and client priorities.
