GSPANN is hiring a Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead enterprise CMS delivery and Agile project execution. The role focuses on managing cross-functional teams, driving project governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of AEM-based digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into service delivery scope, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Optimize and improve processes and delivery approaches to ensure high-quality service execution.
  • Provide accurate and regular performance reports to stakeholders on service delivery metrics and project status.
  • Participate in client proposals, including project scoping, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercial models, and dependencies.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned projects and ensure delivery within schedule, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Manage project teams effectively and provide technical and functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project baselines to ensure activities progress according to plan.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices and code review processes across teams.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity and quality improvements and implement process enhancements as needed.
  • Guide teams through requirement analysis, solution design, development, verification, and validation activities.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in techno-functional roles, including at least 4 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Agile coaching practices.
  • Use Jira and Jira Plans effectively and guide teams on Jira usage, organization, and best practices.
  • Apply technical knowledge of CMS with development experience in AEM.
  • Manage product backlogs, identify key dependencies, and coordinate dependency management across teams.
  • Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams while implementing organizational standards and delivery guidelines.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to teams to drive adoption of best practices.
  • Demonstrate experience managing multiple teams simultaneously in complex delivery environments.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Exhibit strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
