GSPANN is hiring a Vendor Management & Procurement Executive to manage vendor relationships and procurement operations, focusing on sourcing, contract compliance, and cost optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, compliance documentation, and lifecycle activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, staffing partners, and service providers.
- Ensure vendor performance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, resolving vendor-related issues and escalations.
- Drive sourcing of IT and non-IT products and services, obtaining competitive quotations from vendors.
- Optimize costs by negotiating pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and procurement records.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams to secure procurement approvals.
- Ensure procurement requests move from initiation to delivery with timely fulfillment.
- Support contract execution, renewals, amendments, and vendor compliance requirements.
- Lead procurement and contract documentation efforts to maintain audit readiness.
- Develop vendor and procurement reports, Management Information System (MIS) dashboards, and spend analysis.
- Drive cost-saving, process-improvement, and procurement-efficiency initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual procurement planning activities.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bring experience in vendor onboarding, due diligence, and supplier lifecycle management.
- Apply strong procurement sourcing, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) management, and Purchase Order (PO) processing expertise.
- Demonstrate expertise in contract coordination and vendor compliance management.
- Bring strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Apply procurement best practices, spend analysis, and supplier management knowledge.
- Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and procurement and ERP platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent documentation, record management, and audit preparedness skills.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT services environment.
