GSPANN is hiring a Development Executive to join our Calling team who holds expertise in lead generation, outbound sales, and customer engagement within the IT services industry. The role focuses on prospecting, cold calling, scheduling sales meetings, and promoting digital and technology solutions across the US market. This position is based in Noida (Night Shift).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support lead and opportunity generation activities for sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule initial meetings and discovery calls for sales and pre-sales teams.
- Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and identify business opportunities.
- Identify and engage relevant participants for events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Create awareness of company products and service offerings on behalf of sales and marketing teams.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling (70–100 calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Promote Information Technology (IT) services with a strong understanding of technologies such as Content Management Systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrate understanding of prospect roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures.
- Apply basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tracking processes.
- Demonstrate understanding of the United States (US) market, industry segments, and customer seniority structures.
- Hands-on with sales lifecycle and lead generation processes.
- Bring experience working in the Software Services industry with a good understanding of relevant technologies.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
