Description

GSPANN is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT programs across infrastructure, applications, and security, driving delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute IT projects across Infrastructure, Applications, and Information Security domains, managing multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, and strategic plans that define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, Application, Security, and Business teams.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting project status, risks, and overall health to senior leadership while managing expectations and facilitating decision-making.
  • Lead vendor selection processes and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Build business requirements documentation, supporting the development of business cases and project justifications.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and processes.
  • Optimize process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring resources align with business priorities and project goals.
  • Optimize the balance among scope, cost, quality, and timeline constraints across managed projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Bring 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in project or program management roles.
  • Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification, each of which is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong experience delivering Infrastructure, Application, and Security projects, with hands-on knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum.
  • Manage global and cross-functional teams across Program Management, Project Planning and Execution, Portfolio Management, Budget Management, Resource Planning, Risk and Issue Management, Change Management, and Roadmap Development.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies to drive successful execution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 (O365), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint for project tracking, reporting, collaboration, and planning.
  • Demonstrate leadership across stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, executive communication, vendor management, strategic planning, business analysis, and conflict resolution, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bring experience in enterprise-scale IT transformation programs.
