Integration Delivery Lead – Digital Backbone

GSPANN is hiring an Integration Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration projects on its Digital Backbone platform, connecting systems, data, and teams worldwide.

• Manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives that require Digital Backbone integration support.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors as the primary point of contact, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues to ensure project success.
• Manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Implement and refine Agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
• Drive risk and issue management by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans, and escalating critical issues as needed.
• Build a collaborative, high-performing team environment by mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.
• Develop a strong understanding of integration technologies, such as Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), event queues, Azure Integration Services (AIS), and SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS), to guide technical teams and inform decision-making.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives, overseeing testing, security, and compliance across the integration platform.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is an advantage.
• Bring 15+ years of experience leading delivery or project management roles within the integration domain, including at least 5 years managing integration-related projects.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services such as Azure Integration Services (AIS) and SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS).
• Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, alongside other project management approaches.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, applying excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership capability.
