GSPANN is hiring a Delivery Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs across Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement. The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, and successful execution of large-scale D365 implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade, and support programs.
- Own project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality commitments.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Serve as the primary interface between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and information with clarity and consistency.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and testers.
- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Enforce compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and Microsoft best practices.
- Maintain project documentation to support audits and quality reviews.
- Identify opportunities for delivery optimization, automation, and efficiency within D365 programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen delivery excellence.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 12+ years of IT delivery experience, including 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) programs.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP and CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Working knowledge of integrations and data migration strategies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
