Description

GSPANN is hiring a Program Director with expertise in D365 to lead global program management for a large-scale ERP transformation, driving rollout strategy, governance, and risk management across regions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for the Smart Core initiative globally, overseeing delivery, financials, budgets, and resources to complete the program on time and within budget.
  • Design the global rollout strategy for Smart Core's ERP implementation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with global best practices while reducing fragmentation and inefficiencies.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on process and template design, architecture, integrations, and master data governance across regions.
  • Manage reporting, testing, application management planning and mobilization, and change management for regional rollouts within agreed timeframes.
  • Support cross-regional alignment on risks and dependencies, enabling early visibility and collaborative mitigation across Smart Core and other global programs.
  • Ensure global risk visibility by establishing a governance forum where risks are surfaced, mitigation strategies are co-created, and disruption is minimized through shared ownership.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Committee (ExCom) on program governance, leadership, and guidance, including delivery team development, throughout Smart Core's ERP transformation journey.

Skills and Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Bring proven experience delivering D365 ERP implementations, including Finance and Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain and Procurement.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT governance processes and best practices.
  • Apply excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage complex projects and drive change across an organization.
  • Develop strategic, analytical, and problem-solving approaches to complex program challenges.
  • Work with senior business and IT stakeholders to align program priorities.
  • Bring experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, which is an advantage.
