GSPANN is hiring an IT EUS Program Manager to lead end-user device programs, software rollouts, and change management initiatives across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-user computing programs, including software rollouts, device management, enrollment, patching, and compliance.
  • Manage change management processes and stakeholder communications for program initiatives.
  • Support on-site and hand-and-feet service-desk assistance for end users.
  • Build project plans covering scope, business requirements, and completion dates for one or more complex programs.
  • Manage cost, resource allocation, and quality and reliability across a portfolio of projects within complex programs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure processes and templates support project and program success.
  • Manage multiple project deliverables, communicate program vision, and align IT resources appropriately.
  • Optimize project budgets, schedules, and resource levels to drive project success.
  • Drive technical and functional teams to deliver critical-path business requirements on time using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Implement corrective action plans when budget or schedule deviations occur.
  • Develop short-term and long-term program roadmaps.
  • Manage project and program prioritization based on business need and IT capability.
  • Drive expectation-setting and leadership alignment across IT and the business.
  • Support the development of business cases for proposed initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform business analysis.
  • Manage the vendor selection process and ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure strong organization and planning while communicating with stakeholders to meet timelines and maintain satisfaction.
  • Support senior leadership with regular risk identification and project health updates.
  • Manage changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.
  • Drive resolution of conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope, escalating complex issues to portfolio management as needed.
  • Lead process definition and improvement efforts, guiding others in adhering to and enhancing IT processes.
  • Ensure adaptability and resilience across changing or ambiguous work situations.

Skills and Experience

  • Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which is an advantage.
  • Bring a minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
  • Demonstrate experience across end-user projects, including software maintenance, patching and compliance, rollouts, and Microsoft Teams setup.
  • Bring 5+ years leading and managing diverse projects and programs.
  • Demonstrate technical experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the division and across the company.
  • Apply strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Develop project roadmaps in support of program goals.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 (O365), Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Jira.
