GSPANN is hiring a Technical Lead with expertise in Azure Integration Services (AIS) to design, lead, and optimize enterprise-scale integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end integration solutions that align with technical and operational objectives.
- Engage with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define solution approaches.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to design and implement complete end-to-end integration workflows across the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Document integration requirements, technical designs, data flows, and solution architectures, and communicate them effectively across teams.
- Lead and participate in functional, technical, and design workshops with developers, architects, designers, Product Managers, and content teams.
- Design integrations, perform data mapping, and determine appropriate integration patterns and technologies for data exchange across e-commerce platforms and enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain Interface Definition Documents (IDDs) and other integration-related documentation.
- Support the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of Azure Integration Services (AIS) configurations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot data transfer failures and ensure reliable, complete, and guaranteed delivery of business-critical data.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, availability, and reliability of integration solutions.
- Implement and maintain security controls to protect data in transit and across integrated systems.
- Manage and support technical activities such as upgrades, deployments, configuration changes, and production issue resolution.
Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS), including Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Service Bus.
- Apply strong knowledge of data mapping, exception handling, error messaging, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), queue-based and event-driven integrations, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Utilize Azure Command-Line Interface (CLI), Azure Bicep, and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates for infrastructure deployment, automation, and management.
- Develop solutions using C#, Microsoft .NET, and related technologies.
- Implement and troubleshoot Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, including security protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and Mutual Transport Layer Security (mTLS).
- Work with Git and version control systems to manage source code and deployment artifacts.
- Apply knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Develop automation solutions for content delivery, deployment processes, and operational effort reduction, with exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based automation tools considered an advantage.
- Work effectively within Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
