GSPANN is hiring an Azure Integration Service Engineer to design and support enterprise and e-commerce integrations. The role focuses on building scalable, secure solutions using Azure Integration Services.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze integration requirements by working directly with users and cross-functional teams to design end-to-end integrated eCommerce solutions.
- Coordinate with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, designers, and product or project managers to design integration flows and perform data mapping.
- Lead and participate in functional and technical design workshops to define integration approaches and data exchange patterns across the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Create and maintain interface definition documents (IDDs) and integration design documentation.
- Troubleshoot data transfer failures and ensure reliable, complete, and guaranteed data delivery across integrated systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data transfers across platforms.
- Manage deployments, upgrades, and ongoing support activities for integration components.
- Support B2B e-commerce and consumer goods / CPG ecosystems involving SAP ERP, WMS/Distribution systems, and Salesforce cloud platforms.
Skills and Experience
- Have hands-on experience supporting AIS-based integrations across complex eCommerce ecosystems.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of data mapping, exception handling, error messaging, and queue- or event-driven integration patterns.
- Possess practical experience with ETL processes and integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Enterprise Service Bus.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting REST API integrations and resolving data flow issues across systems.
- Use Git effectively for source control and follow standard version management practices.
- Understand CI/CD pipelines and apply them within cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose integration failures and ensure reliable data delivery.
- Automate deployment and content delivery processes to reduce manual effort; familiarity with AI-based automation tools is an added advantage.
- Work comfortably in Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
