Senior Consultant – SAP MDM

GSPANN is hiring a Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP Master Data Management (MDM). to design, implement, and support SAP MDM and Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across enterprise landscapes. The role focuses on master data governance across Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance domains and driving data quality.

• Design and implement SAP MDM and Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across enterprise landscapes.
• Lead master data governance strategies across Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance data domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Implement SAP MDM and MDG components — data models, workflows, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and business rules.
• Drive integration between SAP MDM/MDG and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Manage data quality initiatives including cleansing, de-duplication, and enrichment.
• Develop data standards, policies, and governance frameworks alongside business stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth data migration and harmonization across programs.
• Optimize MDM application performance through targeted troubleshooting.
• Support junior consultants through mentorship and reusable accelerator development.

• Mandatory SAP certification in MDG or S/4HANA.
• Demonstrate experience with data migration tools — Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) and SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC).
• Bring strong experience implementing and supporting SAP MDM and SAP MDG solutions.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance domains.
• Apply data modeling and governance frameworks across MDM landscapes.
• Work with Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+) for rules and validations.
• Develop in SAP ABAP — debugging, enhancements, BADIs, and user exits.
• Utilize SAP Workflow configuration for master data approval scenarios.
• Manage data replication and integration via Intermediate Document (IDoc), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), APIs, and Data Replication Framework (DRF).
• Bring familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications, which is an advantage.
• Apply SAP Data Services and other Extract Transform Load (ETL) tooling.
• Work with large-scale SAP transformation programs and Agile/Scrum cadences.
