GSPANN is hiring a Technical Lead with expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. The role focuses on Retail Execution, Visit Management, integrations, and mobile-first Salesforce implementations using Apex and Lightning technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) solutions for Retail Execution, store visits, audits, and surveys.
- Build, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations.
- Implement Visit Management workflows, KPI tracking, and operational reporting dashboards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize mobile and offline user experiences for field sales representatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Strong functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Retail Execution, Visit Management, Retail Store Audits, and Order Capture.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of Consumer Goods industry processes and Retail Execution KPIs.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, are preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting mobile solutions for field users.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and Salesforce DevOps practices.
