Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features for Retail Execution, store visits, audits, and surveys.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and declarative configurations.
- Implement Visit Management workflows, KPI tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize mobile and offline user experiences for field sales representatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Strong experience with Retail Execution, Visit Management, and Retail Store Audits.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security model.
- Experience with API integrations, Salesforce Flows, and data management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.
