Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

GSPANN is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build full-stack applications and big data pipelines, blending modern web development with AI-assisted engineering practices.

• Develop high-performance big data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python.
• Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including ADF-based ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Design and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and backend services including Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Implement robust APIs and microservices that integrate Marketing Technology (MarTech) systems with customer-facing platforms.
• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability across distributed systems and full-stack architectures through modern design patterns.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices, including Vibe Coding and other GenAI development accelerators.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions across both data and application layers.

• Bring experience in AI-augmented development, such as Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks.
• Demonstrate exposure to AI/ML pipelines for personalization, segmentation, or content automation.
• Develop deep proficiency in big data technologies such as Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, and Spark Streaming.
• Work with Azure services, including ADF, for cloud engineering tasks.
• Apply advanced system design capabilities, including event-driven architectures and distributed design patterns.
• Bring hands-on expertise across frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Utilize REST and GraphQL API design principles across microservices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines that support full-stack deployments.
• Bring proven ability to lead engineering teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, translating technical concepts into business impact.
