GSPANN is hiring an SAP Integration QA Engineer to test how online retail systems connect with SAP, focusing on accurate orders, inventory, and payments, and smooth, reliable releases.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure end-to-end business processes work across eCommerce, OMS, payment, tax, shipping, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Information Management (PIM), WMS, and SAP ERP.
- Develop and run SAP ERP integration tests for orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, returns, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate independently with business, product, and development teams.
- Build test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Support release validation and production verification.
- Drive automation opportunities and continuous quality improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Bring 8+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in retail and eCommerce.
- Demonstrate hands-on SAP ERP integration testing experience, which is mandatory.
- Apply a strong understanding of retail order lifecycles.
- Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration validation.
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Apply automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.
- Utilize API tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Demonstrate knowledge of SQL and data validation.
- Manage work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bring exposure to SAP S/4HANA integrations.
