Description

GSPANN is hiring a Quality Expert to define and govern delivery quality standards, audits, and compliance across multiple engagement models. The role focuses on driving delivery excellence through audits, KPI-based reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define and implement delivery quality standards and governance frameworks across all engagement models.
  • Plan and conduct periodic project audits to assess compliance with quality standards, contractual commitments, and delivery best practices.
  • Identify non-compliant projects and clearly highlight risks, gaps, and business impact.
  • Partner with project managers and delivery leaders to define corrective and preventive action plans for audit deviations.
  • Track audit observations to closure and ensure sustained compliance across engagements.
  • Escalate critical quality and delivery risks to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Define mandatory documentation requirements for fixed bid, T&M, managed services, and application development projects.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and accurate across all projects.
  • Create and maintain standardized templates, checklists, and delivery guidelines.
  • Define, measure, and monitor delivery KPIs covering schedule, cost, margin, SLA compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide leadership-level visibility.
  • Analyze KPI trends and drive data-backed delivery improvements.
  • Standardize project status reports, client communication decks, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure reporting quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions on quality processes, audit readiness, and reporting standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Project Manager (PMO), delivery, and leadership teams.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in IT services delivery, quality assurance, PMO, or delivery excellence roles.
  • Hands-on experience conducting project audits across multiple delivery models.
  • Coach delivery teams on effective client communication and reporting practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings and KPI insights.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
