GSPANN is hiring an Internal Communications & Employer Branding professional to strengthen employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on content creation, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO-driven storytelling to enhance brand visibility and talent attraction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify employer branding trends and opportunities.
  • Create engaging static and dynamic content, including social media posts, carousels, short-form videos, and branding campaigns.
  • Support careers website content creation, updates, and optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword research and optimize content to improve discoverability and engagement.
  • Track content and campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.

Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or employer branding.
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and creative thinking.
  • Show eagerness to learn and experiment with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and emerging digital platforms.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrate strong content writing and storytelling skills.
  • Apply a good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Possess basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrate an eye for design, with graphic design skills considered an added advantage.
  • Translate insights and ideas into clear, engaging, and audience-focused narratives.
