Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify employer branding trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging static and dynamic content, including social media posts, carousels, short-form videos, and branding campaigns.
- Support careers website content creation, updates, and optimization initiatives.
- Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword research and optimize content to improve discoverability and engagement.
- Track content and campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
Skills and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or employer branding.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and creative thinking.
- Show eagerness to learn and experiment with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and emerging digital platforms.
- Work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrate strong content writing and storytelling skills.
- Apply a good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Possess basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
- Demonstrate an eye for design, with graphic design skills considered an added advantage.
