Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the capture, storage, usage, governance, and tracking of online activity data across multiple websites and digital properties.
- Own and manage analytics requirements across customer analytics platforms and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Maintain data integrity and document analytics tracking standards, implementation guidelines, and governance processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize analytics implementations to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design, implement, and maintain analytics tracking solutions.
- Engage with project teams and stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives and reporting requirements.
- Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience, engagement, and digital performance.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analyses, and present meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain tagging frameworks and provide Quality Assurance (QA) support for analytics implementations.
- Proactively identify analytics, tracking, or reporting issues and recommend effective resolutions and enhancements.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate alternative solutions and improve analytics capabilities.
- Manage the implementation, validation, and ongoing tracking of digital marketing initiatives across current and future campaigns.
Skills and Experience
- 5–10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics Suite.
- Work extensively with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Dynamic Tag Management (DTM), Tealium, or Ensighten.
- Apply strong knowledge of analytics ecosystem architecture, implementation frameworks, and digital measurement strategies.
- Design analytics solutions and create technical documentation for medium to large-scale commercial websites and digital platforms.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams to ensure successful analytics delivery.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Adobe Target and personalization solutions.
- Learn new technologies and business domains quickly while independently solving complex analytical and technical challenges.
- Apply a self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to analytics implementation and optimization.
