GSPANN is hiring an Infrastructure Architect to design, manage, and optimize enterprise cloud and infrastructure platforms. The role focuses on Azure cloud architecture, DevOps transformation, infrastructure automation, and end-to-end service delivery across hybrid environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage DevOps operations for cloud infrastructure platforms within Agile delivery environments.
- Support DevOps activities for cloud infrastructure platforms and Enterprise Landing Zones.
- Build and deploy infrastructure environments across cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repositories using Bicep, AWS CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Manage DevOps toolchains and user access across platforms such as Atlassian tools, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Confluence.
- Provision and manage Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings across enterprise cloud environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure hosting programs across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Own end-to-end service delivery across functional and technical streams while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead cross-functional teams across Backup, Storage, Database Administration, and Cloud Administration functions to deliver high-quality support and continuous improvements.
- Oversee the complete incident lifecycle, including monitoring, prioritization, root cause analysis (RCA), resolution management, and proactive trend analysis.
- Govern the Change Request (CR) lifecycle, including scoping, estimation, approvals, implementation, and closure activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage networking, access controls, and infrastructure landscape optimization.
- Define and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalation processes, and communication protocols for critical and high-impact incidents.
- Oversee Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 (L1/L2/L3) support delivery with 24×7 operational coverage through coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based processes for incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Monitor service performance using KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, and lead Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the pipeline of change requests in alignment with governance protocols and provide regular status updates and executive reporting.
Skills and Experience
- 14+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience, including at least 4 years in architecture design roles.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ-305) as a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Azure-native DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Apply solid expertise in Microsoft Azure networking services, including Virtual Networks (VNet) and subnets, Azure Load Balancer and Azure Application Gateway, Virtual Private Network (VPN) Gateway and ExpressRoute, Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Azure Firewall
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in Azure architecture design, scalability, security, resiliency, and high-availability implementations.
