GSPANN is hiring an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to design and lead scalable hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions across on-premises, Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
- Develop infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and reference architectures aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of core infrastructure services, including compute, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and identity management.
- Architect and optimize enterprise networks covering LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security controls.
- Lead cloud adoption and migration initiatives while enforcing best practices in architecture, automation, governance, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with security, application, and operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant.
- Evaluate and select infrastructure technologies, platforms, and vendors to support evolving business needs.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), containerization, and DevOps pipeline integration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering and project teams.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution designs.
- Present infrastructure strategies, solution designs, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrate proven experience as an Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure), Solution Architect, or similar role within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Design and implement on-premises infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery platforms.
- Apply strong hands-on expertise in Azure and AWS cloud architectures, migrations, automation, and security frameworks.
- Possess advanced knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
- Implement infrastructure automation using cloud-native tools, Ansible, Logic Apps, or similar platforms.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply a strong understanding of IT security principles, IAM, and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
- Utilize monitoring, observability, and incident response frameworks in hybrid environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making capabilities.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or VMware VCP (preferred).
- Balance strategic planning responsibilities with hands-on execution and delivery oversight.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party technology partners and vendors.
