Frontend React.js Lead

GSPANN is hiring a Frontend React.js Lead to design and develop high-performance, responsive web applications. Based in Hyderabad, this full-time role requires strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, Playwright, and modern frontend technologies.

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications with a focus on performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend development, and Quality Assurance (QA) to deliver robust solutions.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, TypeScript, React JavaScript Library (React.js), and Redux.
• Maintain code quality through regular code reviews and thorough unit testing.
• Build and sustain automated User Interface (UI) testing using tools like Playwright.
• Guide and mentor junior developers while promoting best practices in frontend development.
• Improve application performance and uphold high standards of accessibility and responsiveness.
• Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 8+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
• Demonstrate expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on with React.js and Redux frameworks.
• Write UI test automation scripts using Playwright or similar frameworks.
• Utilize modern frontend build tools and practices, such as Webpack and Babel.
• Understand RESTful APIs and manage seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Apply strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across complex applications.
• Communicate effectively and present technical ideas with clarity.
