GSPANN is hiring Administration Trainee to manage day-to-day facility operations, employee service support, and office coordination activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to build a career in administration and facilities in a dynamic corporate environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping, pantry, and security vendors to maintain office upkeep.
  • Respond to employee service requests, including ID card issuance, seating allocation, and stationery needs.
  • Track and manage office supply inventory, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Provide assistance with event setups, meeting room scheduling, and internal communication tasks.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and logistical bookings, with a preference for experience in Gurgaon-based coordination.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain administrative records.
  • Contribute to miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Skills and Experience

  • Recently graduated or have up to 1 year of experience in administration, office support, or facilities management.
  • Possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (mandatory for all locations).
  • Familiar with corporate travel desk processes (preferred for Noida location).
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
