Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping, pantry, and security vendors to maintain office upkeep.
- Respond to employee service requests, including ID card issuance, seating allocation, and stationery needs.
- Track and manage office supply inventory, ensuring timely restocking.
- Provide assistance with event setups, meeting room scheduling, and internal communication tasks.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and logistical bookings, with a preference for experience in Gurgaon-based coordination.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain administrative records.
- Contribute to miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members.
Skills and Experience
- Recently graduated or have up to 1 year of experience in administration, office support, or facilities management.
- Possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (mandatory for all locations).
- Familiar with corporate travel desk processes (preferred for Noida location).
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
