GSPANN is hiring a Tech Program Manager to lead Java-based e-commerce technology programs, driving cloud adoption, agile execution, and scalable delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead multiple technology programs from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality are met.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Quality Assurance (QA), DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Lead technical oversight for solutions built using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-team coordination across multiple projects.
- Design program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and success metrics.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution across development teams.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to drive scalable, highly available, and secure solutions.
- Manage integrations and event-driven architectures using Kafka and microservices.
- Drive cloud adoption and optimization across AWS-based environments.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, architecture standards, security, and quality processes.
- Drive communication of program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Optimize processes through automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure successful production releases, post-production stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Bring 12+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in technical program or project management.
- Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum Master, or other relevant program or project management certification, which is an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of Java and microservices architecture.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Bring extensive experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
- Demonstrate mandatory experience working on large-scale e-commerce projects.
- Manage complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering practices.
- Work with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Bring strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Apply strong analytical skills to translate complex technical architectures and business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Bring experience with high-volume e-commerce platforms, including order management, payments, catalogs, inventory, checkout, or fulfillment systems.
- Demonstrate exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or other cloud-native technologies, which is an advantage.
- Bring experience with observability, performance engineering, and application scalability.
