GSPANN is hiring a Source-to-Pay (STP) Specialist with expertise in Ariba. The role focuses on Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, ERP integrations, global deployments, and stakeholder collaboration across Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP Ariba Upstream modules, including Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).
- Partner with Business Process Managers (BPMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business requirements into effective Ariba solutions.
- Support integrations with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and middleware platforms including CPI and APIs.
- Configure and support SAP Ariba P2P modules, including Guided Buying, Procurement, and Invoicing.
- Manage catalog integrations, supplier onboarding, and Ariba Network connectivity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to drive system adoption, compliance, and process alignment.
- Design and deliver end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Plan and execute testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
- Support global rollout and deployment activities across multiple regions.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and provide functional training to global and regional teams.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best-practice guidelines.
Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes and procurement best practices.
- Practical experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, CPI, and APIs.
- Proven expertise in Ariba configuration, testing, and functional support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively between business and IT teams.
