GSPANN is hiring a Salesforce B2B Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. The role focuses on SFCC B2B development, enterprise integrations with PIM, CMS, SAP ERP, and leading high-performing Agile teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2B, with strong integration across PIM, CMS, and DAM platforms.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and documentation.
- Support, maintain, and continuously enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
- Integrate SFCC B2B solutions with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP, and related enterprise systems.
- Implement and support integrations with payment services, tax services, and WMS/3PL platforms.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to identify system improvements and deliver optimized solutions.
- Enforce Salesforce security, coding, and development best practices across all implementations.
Skills and Experience
- Bring 12+ years of experience with Salesforce development, including Service Cloud, Apex, Salesforce configuration, and Flows.
- Lead and mentor teams of 5–10 developers, providing technical direction and ensuring timely eCommerce solution delivery.
- Track daily sprint progress, deliverables, and metrics using Jira and Agile practices.
- Demonstrate mandatory hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC); exposure to Jest testing is a plus.
- Use GitHub for source control; CI/CD pipeline experience is preferred.
- Apply strong object-oriented programming principles in solution design.
- Work confidently with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for frontend development.
- Handle NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra.
- Apply CI practices, including unit testing, static code analysis, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
- Follow Scrum and Agile delivery principles in fast-paced environments.
- Perform detailed technical code reviews and enforce quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
