GSPANN is hiring a Microsoft Copilot Studio Platform Engineer to build and manage AI-powered virtual agents, overseeing platform governance, integrations, and performance across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Copilot Studio agents to support business processes and user productivity.
- Develop conversational experiences, topics, prompts, generative answers, and orchestrated workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, including Power Automate flows, APIs, Dataverse, custom connectors, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.
- Manage knowledge sources, including SharePoint, websites, documents, and enterprise data repositories.
- Implement agent actions, plugins, authentication, and role-based access controls.
- Optimize agent performance, response quality, grounding accuracy, and user experience using analytics and feedback.
- Collaborate on solution architecture, design reviews, Responsible AI assessments, and release readiness activities.
- Manage Microsoft Copilot Studio environments, including configuration, security, licensing, and access management.
- Drive governance, compliance, Responsible AI, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy adoption.
- Support deployment, publishing, promotion, and lifecycle management of Copilot agents across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Ensure platform health, adoption, usage analytics, capacity, and performance meet operational standards.
- Support troubleshooting of platform issues for business users and development teams.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure best practices and platform standards are followed.
- Manage platform documentation, operational procedures, governance frameworks, and technical standards.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including solution packaging, source control integration, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and environment deployments.
Skills and Experience
- Hold Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or other AI-related Microsoft certifications, which is an advantage.
- Bring 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience developing and administering Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
- Apply strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Manage governance, security, compliance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Responsible AI practices, including platform monitoring and adoption measurement.
- Develop conversational agent designs and experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio integrations across enterprise applications, Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, custom connectors, and Azure AI Services.
- Utilize Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution management and environment strategies.
- Work with DevOps practices, Git-based source control, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation, and the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Apply troubleshooting skills across platform administration and agent development issues.
- Demonstrate familiarity with prompt engineering, Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent orchestration, and conversational AI design patterns.
- Bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage enterprise-scale Microsoft Copilot Studio deployments and governance programs.
- Work with plugins, agent actions, and enterprise security frameworks.
