GSPANN is hiring a Head of Finance Transformation & BPO Operations to lead large-scale finance operations, shared services, and transformation programs for global enterprises. The role focuses on building scalable delivery models, driving operational excellence, and enabling AI-led finance transformation across end-to-end finance functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and scale Finance Operations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and shared services capabilities for global enterprise customers.
- Define operating models, governance structures, delivery frameworks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and transformation roadmaps for finance operations.
- Establish scalable Shared Services, Global Capability Center (GCC), and Managed Services delivery frameworks.
- Build customer confidence by acting as a trusted partner for transformation and operations.
- Support business development activities, solution design, and client presentations.
- Lead end-to-end finance operations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Treasury Operations, General Ledger and Financial Close, Fixed Assets Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Tax Operations, Vendor Management, Audit and Compliance Support, Master Data Management
- Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow tools, and analytics platforms.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controls, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governance dashboards, and quality frameworks.
- Define transition strategies and knowledge-transfer plans for customer organizations.
- Establish operational excellence frameworks and productivity measurement metrics.
- Build and lead high-performing finance operations teams across multiple functions.
- Hire, mentor, and develop delivery leaders, process managers, and functional Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Manage customer escalations, operational reviews, and executive governance discussions.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.
- Hold Lean or Six Sigma certification as a preferred qualification.
- Work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Demonstrate proven experience building or leading large-scale finance BPO or shared services operations for global enterprises.
- Apply a strong understanding of enterprise finance processes, governance, and financial controls.
- Manage large-scale operations teams, preferably with experience leading teams of 200+ members.
- Demonstrate experience managing transitions, migrations, and global delivery models.
- Exhibit strong commercial acumen and client-facing capabilities.
- Work effectively with Fortune 500 and global enterprise customers.
- Apply expertise in finance transformation and operating model design.
- Hands-on experience setting up Shared Services or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Demonstrate exposure to AI-driven finance operations transformation initiatives.
- Exhibit strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
